Job description

In order to support our significant growth, the Junior Friend Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent. Under the supervision of the Director of the Customer Experience Center, the incumbent is responsible for answering customer service and sales calls. The incumbent is also responsible for maximizing the number of appointments in the dealership and completing call follow-ups. 

Primary Duties:

  • Communicate quickly and effectively with Internet customers using the following modes of communication: telephone, e-mail, text or video.
  • Personally handle all Internet and/or telephone requests by first establishing a relationship of trust with the customer.
  • Analyze the content of incoming emails and text messages, identify the appropriate strategy and respond to them in an attempt to better understand the customer's needs in order to better serve them.
  • Use a multi-step strategy when communicating with Internet or telephone customers to set up an appointment with a sales consultant.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database for follow-up in collaboration with the sales department.
  • Communicate relevant information to the appropriate people.
  • Keep abreast of new products on the market (all brands), features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization (excellent measurement and analysis skills)
